As you are well aware, the current health crisis is disrupting many areas of our everyday routines and lives. Up to this point, the government-mandated closures of businesses have not applied to us at Rueve Landscape Co. or Mulch Depot. Therefore, we will continue servicing accounts and operating our retail store (weather permitting) over the coming weeks/months, with further protective restrictions as described below:

• Mulch Depot: Currently our retail store at 6374 Bridgetown Road is open for pull-up, hands-free ordering. It will operate as a drive thru and a team member will coordinate all logistics for you while you remain in your vehicle. Payment will be made via credit/debit card manual entry (we manually enter your card information provided to us over the phone), and a receipt will be sent via text or email to prevent any unnecessary contact and expedite your visit. Our online ordering and scheduling of deliveries is also still available on our website. We are also encouraging customers to place a call ahead order, pre-pay, and schedule delivery/pick up by calling 513-598-5436.
• Rueve Landscape: Some advance services such as pre-emergent applications and landscape maintenance/removals have already begun, and we will be continuing further services over the coming weeks. We have implemented modified employee guidelines and protocols to keep our employees, and you, safe. We will continue to take all necessary precautions recommended by the Ohio Dept of Heath and the CDC to ensure our employees, and customers, are safe.
